It is within your right to ask for a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
As most of these products are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for baking and packing before shipping. Courier pick up days happen Monday’s Wednesdays and Friday’s. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking email via Sendle, if your parcel is sent via Aus post you will receive a tracking number through Doggie Tea.
If you have any shipping notes, we will try out best to accommodate, so please leave them in the notes section.
To return your product, please email us first at email@example.com so we can arrange a drop off/delivery address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note we take no responsibility for damage occurred whilst in transit, we use sendle and Australia post for shipping, if damage occurs in transit please make a claim with the relevant shipping agent.
Any import tax to countries other than Australia the customer is liable to pay.
